For venues, theaters and promoters
CRM and customer tracking
Chicle includes a free CRM for bars, restaurants, theaters and event promoters. Everyone who buys a ticket, a promo or a paid reservation from you on Chicle, or joins your stamp card, is added to your list automatically with what they spent. You filter it, for example your regulars or the people who stopped coming, and send them an email or a push notification.
Free on every plan. Your plan only changes how many emails and push notifications you send.
What's included
What the CRM does
- 01
Your customer list
Name, email, how much they spent, how many purchases and their last activity. Search by name or email.
- 02
Ready-made filters
Buyers, regulars (3 or more purchases), inactive (over 30 days), top spenders, and activity in the last 24 hours, 7 or 30 days.
- 03
Email campaigns
A block editor for promos, events or a message. Schedule the send and see sends, opens and clicks.
- 04
Segment by what they bought
People who bought tickets to an event or a product, who bought between two dates, or by minimum and maximum spend.
- 05
Push to the app
Notifications to people who use the Chicle app, with frequency caps so nobody gets spammed. On paid plans.
- 06
Who sells what
Personal links for each promoter or seller with their sales, plus Meta Pixel with the Conversions API on your pages.
How it works
From the sale to the next visit
- 1
You sell on Chicle
Tickets, promos or paid reservations. Or you add your stamp card.
- 2
Customers are added automatically
Each purchase adds them to your list, with what they spent and when.
- 3
You choose who
For example, the people who came to your last show or who haven't been back in a month.
- 4
You reach out
An email or a push, now or scheduled. Then you see who opened it and who clicked.
How much it costs
Free
The customer list, filters and reports are on every plan. What changes with your plan is how many emails and push notifications you send per period.
- Free plan: 200 campaign emails per period.
- Paid plans: more emails, push to the app and automations.
- Extra email packs, also on the Free plan.
- Paid-plan automations: a monthly email to people who stopped coming and another to boost an event with slow sales.
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Before you choose
What the CRM doesn't do
- It doesn't send campaigns by WhatsApp or SMS.
- It doesn't export the customer list or import contacts from another system. Sales can be exported to Excel.
- It has no tags, notes or per-customer profile page.
- It only sees what happens on Chicle: sales at your register don't come in.
- Google Analytics and TikTok Pixel aren't available yet; Meta Pixel is.
Frequently asked questions
Which CRM is best for a bar, a restaurant or an event promoter?
If you sell tickets, promos or reservations on Chicle, you already have a CRM: every customer is added automatically with what they spent and you can email them. If you need to load customers from your register, tag them or send WhatsApp campaigns, Chicle doesn't do that today.
Where do the customers come from?
From what happens on Chicle: ticket and promo purchases, paid reservations and stamp cards. Nobody types them in, and sales made outside Chicle don't come in.
Can I send emails for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 200 campaign emails per period. If you need more, add an email pack or move to a paid plan, which also brings push to the app and automations.
Can I export my customers?
The customer list can't be exported. Sales can: you download them to Excel with each buyer's name and email, plus phone or ID number if you ask for them at checkout.
What if someone doesn't want any more emails?
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Anyone who uses it is left out of your next campaigns.
Can I see how much each promoter sells?
Yes. Each member of your team has their own links and you see each one's sales and revenue. You agree on and pay commissions yourself.
