How much does Chicle cost?

Creating your profile and building events is free. We charge a 13% service fee on each sale, paid by the buyer: you keep 100% of the price you publish. No fixed costs, no monthly fee.

When and how do I get paid?

We collect your sales for you. Funds become available to withdraw within 2 business days after the event, for the payments the gateway has already settled; last-minute sales are released as they settle. You request the payout from your dashboard whenever you want and we transfer it to the account you choose.

What do I need to publish my first event?

Creating your organization and building events is immediate. To publish you just accept the terms with one click. Only when you want to withdraw do we ask you to verify your identity and add your bank account: a short, fully online step.

Who pays the service fee?

The buyer pays it, on top of the ticket price. That's why you receive the full amount of what you publish.
